Salt Lake International Airport Reconstruction Project Economic Impact Analysis
Two-fold economic imact analysis of the reconstruction of the airport. Determined how the actual construction project would affect the city, county and state economy, in terms of jobs and materials. Also analyzed and reported on the economic impact the completed airport would make.
Vivint Smart Home Arena Remodel Economic Impact Analysis
Assessed the economic impact of updating the arena—to what extent it would be able to attract more events, such as the NBA All-Star Game, and capture new visitor dollars.
Cherokee Springs Masterplan
Evaluated 300 acres in the Cherokee Nation in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, and developed a site master plan and economic-development strategy.
Whitefish, Montana Corridor Masterplan
Analyzed the Wisconsin Avenue Corridor in Whitefish to identify key intersections for increased development, as well as areas of preservation along the Whitefish Lake shoreline.
