KAYSVILLE CITY CENTER PLAN

Kaysville City partnered with GSBS to create a shared vision for a more connected, vibrant City Center that brings together three distinct areas: Historic Main Street, Main Street North, and Mutton Hollow. Grounded in existing conditions, market and real estate analysis, and extensive community engagement, the plan identifies opportunities for economic development, thoughtful growth, improved connections, and welcoming places to shop, dine, gather, and spend time. The planning process also addressed the unique role of Main Street as both the heart of the community and a regional transportation corridor, balancing mobility and access with opportunities to strengthen its sense of place. Historic preservation was also important, with recommendations that reinforce Kaysville’s valued historic character while creating opportunities for reinvestment and long-term vitality. Approved in July 2026, the plan provides a framework for bringing these areas together as a cohesive City Center while retaining the qualities that make each part of Kaysville distinct.
