DIRECTOR OF PLANNING & ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT | PRINCIPAL
Christine specializes in finding creative solutions to difficult economic development, planning and government issues and problems. She is skilled at identifying the core issue and developing solutions that meet the needs of disparate interests. Her strategies can be implemented over time, balancing market realities and maintaining a cohesive identity. Christine is active in the national and local Urban Land Institute and is the Board President of the Community Development Corporation of Utah—two organizations that work to create thriving communities.


ARCHITECT, LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT | PRINCIPAL
Jesse Allen is one of the few professionals in the state to be licensed in both landscape architecture and architecture. He excels at projects with multiple voices and is skilled at facilitating productive discussion and decision making, leading to the realization of project goals.

Jesse recently served as project manager for the award-winning Regent Street Improvements Project for Salt Lake City, which required significant place-making, urban design, landscape architecture, lighting, wayfinding, and civil improvements. 


LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT | PRINCIPAL
With nearly 40 years of landscape architecture experience, Sam brings deep expertise and steady leadership to the planning and design of parks, trails, and public spaces. His work spans site analysis, site development, and long-range planning, shaping environments that are functional, welcoming, and enduring. With a strong understanding of how landscapes influence community identity and everyday life, Sam balances technical precision with a clear vision for meaningful public-realm design that enhances quality of life and supports lasting community impact.


URBAN DESIGNER | PROJECT MANAGER
Erika is an urban designer and project manager who leads placemaking and public-realm planning focused on strengthening community life, enhancing local identity, and creating memorable public experiences. She helps communities shape downtown strategies, improve active transportation connections, and develop welcoming public spaces that reflect local character and support everyday use. Her work is grounded in the belief that thoughtful design can strengthen social connections, encourage healthier and more active lifestyles, and contribute to long-term community vitality.


PLANNER | PROJECT MANAGER
Liz specializes in resiliency planning, helping communities address vulnerabilities related to economic conditions, public facilities, sustainability, and infrastructure. As a facilities planner, she understands how built environments, operational needs, and long-term planning strategies intersect to support stronger, more adaptable communities. Her experience across the private and public sectors gives her a broad perspective on planning, design, and implementation. From early visioning through execution, Liz helps clients develop practical, forward-thinking solutions that improve functionality and support long-term success.


PLANNER
With a background in both landscape architecture and municipal planning, Paige brings an interdisciplinary perspective to community planning and design. She excels at bridging big-picture ideas with practical solutions, helping clients and stakeholders move from early concepts to clear, actionable outcomes. Her work is grounded in a strong ability to communicate planning scenarios through graphics, visual storytelling, and clear narratives that make complex ideas accessible and engaging. Paige helps create implementable, community-focused plans that reflect local priorities and support lasting impact.


LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT | PROJECT MANAGER
Ben specializes in inclusive public-space design, creating environments that strengthen outdoor connections, support community well-being, and reflect the people and places they serve. His work is grounded in a thoughtful approach that responds to geographic context while honoring the cultural character and identity of each community. By balancing site-specific conditions with community values, Ben helps shape public spaces that feel authentic, welcoming, and connected to their surroundings. He is committed to designing places that encourage accessibility, interaction, and a strong sense of belonging.
